Peggy Boyer, Managing Partner
Having experienced firsthand the profound ripple effect conscious, awakened leadership has on individuals, teams, organizations, and communities, Peggy founded Bodha Partners to address what she sees as a critical global need: leaders who operate from a place of openness, curiosity, self awareness, and authentic connection with stakeholders and the environment in which they lead. Her mission is to empower senior leaders ready to awaken their fullest potential, guiding them to lead with both intellectual acumen and deep emotional intelligence, becoming the most aligned and whole versions of themselves to achieve meaningful results and outcomes.
With over two decades of experience as an executive coach and advisor, Peggy brings a wealth of strategic insight and practical expertise to her work. Prior to founding Bodha Partners, she spearheaded Advisory Services and Operations for a leading consulting firm, where she specialized in helping CEOs and management teams of private equity-backed portfolio companies achieve seamless scaling and realize their value creation plans. She also advised private equity investors on critical talent decisions, from executive upgrades to building out high-impact management teams. Peggy is a deeply skilled executive and team coach, strategist, and talent assessor, having partnered with clients across diverse industries including private equity, financial services, healthcare, technology, consumer goods, industrial, manufacturing, and professional services.

Mindi Staley, Partner
Mindi Staley brings a profound understanding of feminine leadership and embodiment mastery to Bodha Partners, specializing in guiding women through transformational journeys that integrate authentic power with conscious awareness. Having navigated her own evolution from traditional corporate structures to embodied leader & healer, Mindi offers unique insight into the challenges and opportunities facing women in various social roles today.
Mindi's approach to leadership development is rooted in the understanding that true power emerges from wholeness—integrating body, mind, and spirit in service of conscious leadership. She empowers women to reclaim their authentic leadership style, moving beyond limiting patterns to embody their fullest potential. Her methodology combines nervous system mastery, breathwork, sound healing, and energy medicine with practical leadership strategies, creating sustainable transformation that enhances both personal fulfillment and professional impact.
Mindi possesses the rare ability to hold sacred space for deep transformation while maintaining focus on tangible outcomes. She guides clients to develop what she calls "embodied authority"—a leadership presence that is both powerfully grounded and genuinely receptive, enabling leaders to lead with authenticity, intuition, and strategic clarity.

Mindi holds a BBA, MBA, and several technical accreditations. She is a certified facilitator in multiple somatic, healing, and transformational modalities, bringing both depth and practical application to her leadership work.
